Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Reserve and Appointment of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Huntly Free Kindergarten Association to control and manage the reserve for education (pre-school) purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further appoints the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserve for education (pre-school) purposes.
