Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the New Plymouth City Council on the 15th day of February 1982:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the New Plymouth Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for a site for a kindergarten described in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in The Auckland Regional Authority

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (site for an aerodrome), and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in The Auckland Regional Authority in trust for that purpose.
