Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District to be a Water Area (Okahukura Farm Settlement) for the Purposes of Section 50 of the Land Act 1948

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, the Land Settlement Board hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a water area (Okahukura Farm Settlement), which is deemed to be a water area for the purposes of the said section.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Birkenhead City Council on the 5th day of February 1980:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Birkenhead City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said City in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for local purpose (site for community buildings) within the meaning of the said Act."
