Extending the Duration of Licence Authorising the Invercargill City Council to Use Electric Lines within the Invercargill City Council Area of Supply

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby amends the Invercargill City Council Electric Lines Licence 1960* by extending the duration of the said Licence until the 30th day of June 1982.

Reconstituting the Catlins State Forest Park Advisory Committee

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Catlins State Forest Park Advisory Committee.

The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Invercargill, and nine appointed members, namely:

State Forest Land Set Apart as a Dedicated Area—Te Hura Ecological Area—Auckland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by section 2 of the Forests Amendment Act 1973, and amended by section 5 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of Forests hereby gives notice that the various areas of land described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart and dedicated for the purposes of conserving the whole altitudinal sequence of kauri associations in Waiwera State Forest as well as the full altitudinal range of non-kauri forest and coastal low forest and scrub on the western half of the Warawara massif. The area of land so dedicated shall be known as Te Hura Ecological Area.
