Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block VII, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes on the 22nd day of April 1982.

Revoking Two Declarations Setting Apart Crown Land for Road and Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Road and Land to be Acquired for Road in Block V, Heringa Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 55 revokes the declaration declaring respectively, land to be set apart and taken for road in the County of Marlborough, published in the Gazette of 25 September 1980, No. 112, at pages 2841 and 2842.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road on the 22nd day of April 1982.
