Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block II, Otama Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area marked "G" on S.O. Plan 50703 shall vest in Ray Glen of Hastings, clerk, as to a one-third share and Beverley Joan Glen, his wife, as to a two-thirds share, as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H. 343209, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas marked "H" on S.O. Plan 50703 and "J", "K", "L" and "I" on S.O. Plan 50704 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
