REVOCATION OF DECLARATION OF ROAD IMPROVEMENT LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every other power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Authority resolved at its meeting on 15 February 1982, that the existing declaration (made by resolution of the authority) that the land described in the Schedule hereto, was required for highway improvement, pursuant to section 34L of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolution and declaration have effect as if made under the said section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974) be revoked.
