Approval of Decision of the New Zealand Ports Authority

PURSUANT to section 12 (12) of the New Zealand Ports
Authority Act 1968, I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of
Transport, hereby give notice that I have approved the adop-
tion of the designation of the Port of Nelson as a port for
the handling of cement as part of the national ports plan.
The approved proposal to change the national ports plan
in the above respect is available for public inspection during
ordinary working hours at the offices of the New Zealand
Ports Authority in Wellington.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands
hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for recreation
purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto
and further declares that the said lands shall be transferred
by the Kapiti Borough Council to Her Majesty the Queen
for the purposes of the said Act as additions to the Para-
paraumu Scenic Reserve.

Exemption Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967
(Notice No. 2794, Ag. 6/2/3/1)

PURSUANT to section 3 (1) of the Animal Remedies Act
1967, the Minister on the recommendation of the Animal
Remedies Board hereby gives notice that selenium pellets
containing not more than 10 g/kg of selenium, as sodium
selenate, for application to pasture, either alone or mixed
with fertilizer, at a rate not exceeding 1 kg of pellets per
hectare are exempted from sections 18 to 34 inclusive, of
the Animal Remedies Act 1967, and regulations 26 to 34
inclusive, of the Animal Remedies Regulations 1980.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister
of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.

N O T I C E

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited
    as the Milk Price Notice 1982, and shall be read together
    with and deemed part of the Milk Price Notice 1980* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1982.

  2. Maximum price for milk sold to consumers and commercial users—The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the First Schedule, and substituting the First Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

  3. Maximum price at which milk may otherwise be sold—The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking the Second Schedule, and substituting the Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

  4. Revocation—The Milk Price Notice 1981† is hereby consequentially revoked.
