HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 15 and 16 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.
O R D E R
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Southland Regional Planning Scheme—Section 1) Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 19th day of April 1982. -
Section 1 of the Southland Regional Planning Scheme approved—Section 1 of the Southland Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Southland United Council in 1981, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference number SLD 1/3 is hereby approved.

Commencement of section 1 of the Southland Regional Planning Scheme—Section 1 of the Southland Regional Planning Scheme as approved by clause 2 of this order shall come into force on the 19th day of April 1982.
