PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints Russell Owen Bullen, District Commissioner, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, to be a non-elective member of the Southland Catchment Board for a period of 3 years commencing on 22 October 1981, in place of the officer holding the position of Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill.
