Conditions

1. Game may only be hunted or killed in the Firth of Thames Open Game Area in compliance with conditions specified for the Auckland Acclimatisation District 1982 open season for game.

2. Any licence authorising the holder to hunt or kill game within the Auckland Acclimatisation District for the 1982 open season for game shall similarly authorise the holder to hunt or kill game in the Firth of Thames Open Game Area.

Special Conditions

With the exception of freehold waters it shall be an offence to hunt or kill game from unmoored boats during the opening weekend only, being Saturday, 1 May 1982, and Sunday, 2 May 1982.

(23) Lake Rotokawa as shown in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, adjoining S.H. 30 in the suburb of Rotokawa.

(27) An area about the Aniwhenua Electricity Generating Station being: all that portion of Lake Aniwhenua from the barrage 1 kilometre upstream and to a point 500 metres up the Pokairoa Arm of the Lake; the water canal between the barrage and the head pond; the head pond and power house to a point 500 metres up the Pukehekehe Stream

Arm; the Rangitaiki River from the barrage to the power house below the Aniwhenua Falls. The areas described are defined by marker posts and notices.
