Premium Account, and the minute approved by the High Court showing with respect to the share premium account as altered and the capital of the company the several particulars required by the Companies Act 1955 and by the Court were registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of March 1982. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“That the share premium account of Carter Holt Holdings Limited which is now in credit in the sum of $13,252,513.03 in the books of the company has by special resolution of the company passed on 19 February 1982 and duly confirmed by an order of the High Court been reduced by $12,997,420.87 to $255,092.16 the said amount of $12,997,420.87 being set free for distribution in cash to the holders from time to time of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company at such intervals and by a series of payments of such amounts as the directors of the company shall from time to time determine. Notwithstanding the aforesaid special resolution and reduction of the share premium account the authorised capital of Carter Holt Holdings Limited is fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00) divided into 25,000,000 ordinary shares of $1.00 each and 25,000,000 shares of $1.00 each of no classification the classification thereof to be determined at the time of issue thereof or as conditions of issue and the issued capital of the company is $23,456,745.00 divided into 23,456,745 ordinary shares of $1.00 each all of which are fully paid up.”

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of BLOGG BROS. LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
TAKE notice that pursuant to an order of the High Court of New Zealand at its Christchurch Registry made on the 11th day of March 1982, the following Minute has been registered by the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 22nd day of March 1982:
The capital of Blogg Bros. Ltd. henceforth is $12,000 divided in 6000 shares of $2 each having been reduced from $48,000 divided into 24000 shares of $2 each. At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of $2 per share has been and is deemed paid up on each of the said 6000 shares.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 26 March at Dunedin was 258.03 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 24.0 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 26th day of March 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 25 March at Napier was 261.44 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 22.4 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 25th day of March 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
