Appointment of the Rangitikei/Wanganui Catchment Board
to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Rangitikei/Wanganui Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, for local purposes (soil conservation and river control).

Declaration That State Forest Land Shall be a Reserve for Scenic Purposes

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves hereby declares that the State Forest land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
