160 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along Whanga-
paraoa Road from D’Oyly Drive and from a point 720 metres
measured westerly, generally, along Whangaparaoa Road from
Motukete Avenue to a point 50 metres measured westerly,
generally, along Whangaparaoa Road from Siesta Boulevard.

THIRD SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rodney County at Hatfields Beach:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 200
metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said State
highway from Puriri Street, to the Otanerua Stream Bridge.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Rodney County at Orewa:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 100 metres
measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State high-
way from Moffats Road to a point 60 metres measured
southerly, generally, along the said State highway from Beach
Road; and from a point 40 metres measured northerly,
generally, along the said State highway from Florence Avenue
to a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally,
along the said State highway from Puriri Street.

The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 2, 1982

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney County)
    Notice No. 2, 1982.

  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
    purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit
    areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations
    1976*.

  4. The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a limited speed zone pursuant to regulation
    21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

  5. The roads specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the pur-
    poses of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent
    that a person driving any motor vehicle at any time during
    the period commencing with the 1st day of December in each
    year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter in each
    following year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of
    50 kilometres an hour fixed by the said section.
