Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Limited Access Road, the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road, Better Utilisation and Road in Blocks X and XIV, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 12th day of July 1977, published in Gazette No. 101, of 29 September 1977, at page 2587, declaring land taken for a limited access road, the use, convenience or enjoyment of a limited access road, better utilisation and road pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting that piece of land being part Lot 2, D.P. 28756, containing 2.4491 hectares; marked “3A” on S.O. Plan 48485, fourthly described in the Second Schedule thereto.
