NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACT 1979—APPLICATION BY SOUTH PACIFIC ALUMINIUM LIMITED AND OTAGO HARBOUR BOARD—PUBLICATION OF REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In accordance with the requirements of subsection (1) of section 10 of the Act, the Tribunal has prepared and submitted to the Minister of National Development a written report and recommendation on the application referred to it on 30 April 1981. As required by subsection 2 (c) of that section, copies of the report and recommendation are available at the office of the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Second Floor, Databank House, 175 The Terrace, Wellington. A fee of $1 per copy will be charged. Copies are also available for inspection only, from the Tribunals Division offices, Department of Justice, at Auckland and Christchurch and the High Court at Dunedin.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS AGENCY LOAN GUARANTEE SCHEME
The Board of the Development Finance Corporation, acting pursuant to the provisions of section 9n (2) of the Development Finance Act 1973 (as inserted by section 2 of the Development Finance Corporation Amendment Act 1977), with the approval of the Minister of Trade and Industry, hereby declares that the following Powers and Discretions conferred on the Small Business Agency will be exercised only in respect of small businesses coming within the classes and descriptions specified hereunder.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL
CHANGE FROM COUNTY TO DISTRICT COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 54 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the Waimairi County Council has, by special order, resolved to become a district council with effect from 1 April 1982.
A special order resolution to give effect to this change was passed by the council at its ordinary meeting held on 17 February 1982, and subsequently confirmed by the council at its ordinary meeting held on 17 March 1982.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 19th day of March 1982 at Timaru, was 266.69 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis), the specified percentage for supplementation will be 20.0 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 19th day of March 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
