Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at
Licensed Premises—West Coast Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amend-
ment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for
Justice, hereby give notice that the West Coast Licensing
Committee on 8 October 1981, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises known as the Criterion Hotel, Reefton, Kells Hotel,
Cobden, Reefton Hotel, Terminus Hotel, Otira, Pig
and Whistle Hostel, Sergeants Hill.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
(not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening
at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock
in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the
morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock on the morning
of New Year's Day.

Committee on 23 February 1982, made an order authorising
variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed
premises know as the Hotel Taieri, Mosgiel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which
licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of
liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and
closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
(not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—
Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at
10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening
at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration
agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education
and the proprietor of the following school:
St. Peter's College, Holdsworth Avenue, Palmerston
North.
The said school will enter into the State education system
in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Con-
ditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 17 March 1982.
Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspec-
tion without charge by any member of the public at the
Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building,
Wellington.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice
No. 2, 1982
PURSUANT to Regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice:
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1982. -
It is hereby declared, as requested by the National Roads
Board, that the State Highways as set out in the Schedule
hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule. -
So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980†
which relates to the classification of the highways described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked. -
The notice dated the 20th day of January 1982‡, which
relates to the classification of the highways described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
