  1. LOCAL RATES

1.1 Local rates instead of standard rates
The following local rates shall be charged, for the goods and on the portions of the railway specified herein, instead of the rates prescribed in the General Scale of Charges.

1.2 Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions prescribed in the General Scale of Charges shall apply with respect to goods carried and charged at local rates unless otherwise specifically provided herein.

1.3 Application of local rates
The following local rates shall apply only between the stations named and cannot be combined with other local rates or with standard rates for the purposes of computing freight charges.

1.4 Parcels
The following rates shall not apply to goods consigned as parcels.

  1. PETROL, KEROSENE, ETC, IN RAIL TANK WAGONS

2.1 Charges
Rates applying for the carriage of petrol, kerosene and similar mineral oils, and also crude, residual, lubricating, transformer and fuel oils, in Uc and Mcp tank wagons are as follows:
