the University of Auckland in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act
1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the
road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and
added to the land held for the University of Auckland,
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 974 square metres, situated
in the City of Auckland, adjoining or passing through Lot 1,
D.P. 89603, closed road, Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 27319 and legal
road; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 55970, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

ALL that piece of land containing 4961 square metres, situated
in the City of Auckland, and being closed road; as shown
marked “A” on S.O. Plan 53511, lodged in the office of the
Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

State Primary School in Heathcote County

PURSUANT to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the part
of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and
pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby
declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been
entered into, the land comprised in the road hereby stopped
is hereby acquired for a State primary school on the 18th day
of March 1982.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of

(b) Stops the said road, and
(c) Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981,
declares the stopped Government road to be Crown
land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block III,
Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to Section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested
in the Otamatea County Council.
(b) Pursuant to Sections 116 and 117, declares the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to
be stopped, and declares that—
(i) The area marked “E” on S.O. Plan 54337 shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 577, folio 181 (limited as to parcels);
(ii) The area marked “D” on S.O. Plan 54337 shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 770, folio 229 (limited as to parcels):
