In the notice with the above heading published in the New
Zealand Gazette, dated 28 January 1982, No. 7, at page 262,
for the words and figures "Rotomahana Parekarangi 652B
Block" which appear in the descriptions of the land eleventh,
seventeenth and eighteenth described read "Rotomahana
Parekarangi 652A Block", which words and figures appear
in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and
Development. This corrigendum is in substitution for that
published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 4 March 1982,
No. 24, at page 649.

Pursuant to the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby in-
corporates the members of the society known as the Malvern
Agricultural and Pastoral Association and such persons as
shall hereafter be admitted members of the said society
agreeably to the rules of the said society and the provisions
of the said Act into a body corporate under the style and
title of the Malvern Agricultural and Pastoral Association.

Revoking the Appointment of a Deputy and Appointing
Deputies to Members of the Water Resources Council

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

Pursuant to section 10 of the Water and Soil Conservation
Act 1967, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the
appointment of
Helen Hannah Rigg Hughes, an officer of the Department
of Scientific and Industrial Research, as deputy to
Ronald Bruce Miller,
and hereby appoint
Bernard John Forde, an officer of the Department of
Scientific and Industrial Research, as deputy to Ronald
Bruce Miller,
and
Roy Weston, engineer of Kawerau, as deputy to Daniel
Palmer O'Connor
to be deputy members of the Water Resources Council from
and including the date of this appointment.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 5th day of March 1982.

Reappointing a Director of the Bank of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 10 of the Bank of New Zealand Act 1979,
the Minister of Finance hereby reappoints Mr Hoani Haereroa
Parata, of Dunedin, as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Bank of New Zealand for a term of 3 years com-
mencing on the 19th day of April 1982.

Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers under the
Maori Community Development Act 1962

Pursuant to section 5 (3) of the Maori Community Develop-
ment Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby reappoints
the persons named in the Schedule hereto as honorary com-
munity officers for a further term of three years in the areas
shown in the second column of the Schedule.
