NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
NOTICE is hereby given that GATEWAY TRAVEL SOCIETY LTD. has filed an instrument of dissolution, pursuant to section 15 (c) (iii) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.

Notice is further given that unless within 3 months from the date in which the advertisement appears in the New Zealand Gazette, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society in the District Court in or near to the locality where the registered office of the society is situated, and such dissolution is set aside accordingly, the society shall be legally dissolved from the date of such advertisement and the requisite consents to the instrument of dissolution shall be considered to have been duly obtained without proof of the signatures thereto.

Notice of any proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society must be sent to the Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies not less than 7 days before such proceeding is commenced by the person by whom it is taken and notice of any order setting it aside shall be similarly sent by the society within 7 days after such order is made.

The registered office of the said society is situated at 407A Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
