NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of November 1981, presented to the said Court by CAMPBELL WILLIAM REES of Hamilton, director of HAMILTON JOINERY (1975) LIMITED, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 16th day of March 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

I, Anthony Dibley, Official Assignee at Hamilton, Official Liquidator of the above-mentioned company give notice:

(a) of the filing in the High Court at Rotorua of the statement of accounts in respect of the liquidation of the above company and the report of the audit office on that statement;

(b) of my intention to apply to the said Court for release from my administration of the property of the company on the 16th day of March 1982, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon;

(c) of my intention to apply to the said Court for an order dissolving the company.
