Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976
(Notice No. 2765, Ag. 12/2/23)
PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 28.6 cents per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 September 1981 to be applied in meeting the costs of administration and operation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated in the year to 30 June 1983.
