NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)
THE A.N.Z. Banking Group (1971) Ltd. with reference to Taranaki Trailer and Engineering Co. (1971) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of February 1982, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott, chartered accountant, whose office is at care of Smith Chilcott and Co., Chartered Accountants, Albert Court, 67 Albert Street, Auckland, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an Instrument dated the 14th day of June 1971. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
