Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in Block IV, Pohangina Survey District, Pohangina County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Pohangina County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 7C/332:

(ii) The area firstly described in the Third Schedule shall be added to the land described in the Fifth Schedule held by the Crown for a gravel reserve:

(iii) The areas secondly, thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described in the Third Schedule shall be added to the land described in the Sixth Schedule held by the Crown for a scenic reserve:

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that—

(i) The areas firstly and secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7C/332:

(ii) The area thirdly described shall be added to the land described in the Sixth Schedule held by the Crown for a scenic reserve.
