NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for orders—
(a) That this Honourable Court make such order as may be just and equitable for:
(1) The purchase by Codelfa Construction Limited of the shares of the petitioner; and/or
(2) The sale or transfer by Codelfa Construction Limited to the petitioner of shares in the company held by Codelfa Construction Limited; and/or
(3) Payment by Codelfa Construction Limited to the petitioner of monetary compensation; and/or
(4) Otherwise regulating the affairs of the company so as to properly compensate the petitioner for losses sustained by the petitioner by reason of alleged oppression, unfair discrimination, and unfairly prejudicial action.
(b) Or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the High Court on the 21st day of August 1981 by John Haijo Post of Taupo, company director; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 17th day of March 1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
