ANZ BANKING GROUP (NEW ZEALAND) LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, with reference to New Zealand Aerospace Industries Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 5th day of February 1982 the company appointed John Harold Gaukrodger chartered accountant, of Hamilton, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the power contained in a debenture dated 4 October 1973.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Industries Ltd., the holder of a debenture bearing date the 22nd day of September 1977, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Messrs William John Ineson Cowan and Euan Lindsay Taylor Wright as joint receivers of the property of McWatt Carpet Centre Ltd. under the powers contained in the said debenture on 12 February 1982. The offices of the receiver are care of Messrs Wilkinson Wilberfoss and Co., Chartered Accountants, Hume House, 152 The Terrace, Wellington. The property in respect of which the receivers have been appointed is all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever situate.
