Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following primary schools.

St John’s School, Cardale Street, Darfield.
St. Teresa’s School, Puriri Street, Riccarton.

The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 18 February 1982. Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the Proprietors of the following secondary schools:

Sacred Heart Girls College, Pukaka Street, Fitzroy, New Plymouth.
St Dominic’s College, Rathgar Road, Henderson, Auckland.

The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from 18 February 1982.

Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Building, Wellington.

Consent to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the under-signed Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
