Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
Block V, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule to be road, and vested in the
Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto
to be stopped, and declares that—

(i) The area marked ‘G’ on the plan shall vest in
McSkimmings Minerals Limited, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Dunedin.

(ii) The areas marked ‘E’ and ‘C’ on plan shall
be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act
1948.

(c) Declares that the land described in the Third Schedule
is taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works
Act 1981 and shall be dealt with as Crown land
under the Land Act 1948.

Land Acquired for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in the
City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Dunedin-
Milton motorway on the 18th day of February 1982.

All that piece of land containing 2 square metres, being
part Lot 15, Deeds Plan 65, being also part Section 11, Block

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the
Southland County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto
to be stopped, and declares that—

9663 shall vest in David Alexander Rhind of Mataura
Island, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage
Nos. 192913, 004324, 245137, 270203, 279735 and
006700.1.

(ii) The areas marked ‘C’ and ‘G’ on S.O. Plan
9663 and the area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 9664
shall vest in Isabella Frances Sloan of Mataura
