Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935 in Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Wanganui City Council
Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve
hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Maori Housing for recreation purposes and further pursuant to the Reserves Act
Act 1935 and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of December 1977, vests the said reserve in The Wanganui City Council in trust
1982. for that purpose.
