Declaring Road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin
County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be
Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto
to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road, and further, pursuant to section 42 of the
Public Works Act 1981, declares the stopped Government
road to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in The Rodney
County Council on the 16th day of December 1982.
