A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 71 of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Oaonui-New Plymouth Liquefied Petroleum Gas Pipeline shall be that defined and set forth in the Shedule hereto AND I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area hatched black on the plans marked 0/199/21/3014/102 to 0/199/21/3014/109 (inclusive), and 0/199/22/3014/101 to 0/199/22/3014/103 (inclusive) referred to in the said Schedule.
