That the High Court do order that ALBERT GUBAY or the company purchase the shares of the petitioner in the company at a price to be fixed by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act 1908 and its amendments, such arbitration to be at the expense of the said ALBERT GUBAY or of the company in all respects and in the case of the purchase of shares by the company for the reduction of the company’s capital accordingly.
