Land Acquired, Subject to Mining Rights and a Fencing Covenant, for Coal Mining Operations, Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created by Conveyance 2881 (F. 2/786) and Transfer 224608 and the fencing covenant contained in Transfer 224608, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of December 1982.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Wallace County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (water supply) and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Wallace County Council in trust for that purpose.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XI, Waro Survey District, Clifton and Tauramarunui Counties

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Clifton and Tauramarunui County Councils, pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.
