Land Declared to be Road and Land Acquired for Road in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Wellington City Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Wellington City Council on the 9th day of December 1982.

Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Road in Blocks I and II, Hurakia Survey District—viz., a Deviation of Portion of the Benneydale-Maraeroa Road

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the 6th day of August 1947 and published in Gazette, 14 August 1947, Volume II, page 980 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. 12175 defining the middle line of a road in Blocks I and II, Hurakia Survey District—viz., a deviation of portion of the Benneydale-Maraeroa Road.
