PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agree-
ments to that effect having been entered into, the land described in

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the
County of Rangitikei

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Rangi-
tikei County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certifi-
cate of title, Volume 157, folio 234, subject to memoranda
of mortgage Nos. 298723.3, 298723.4 and 448191.1.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
1981 and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title No. 7C/342, subject to memoranda of mortgages
Nos. 136082.1, 159135.2, 159135.3 and 443110.2.
