A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 71 of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of part of the Hawke’s Bay Pipeline shall be the line set out in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas marked on the Plans 0/211/21/3014/103A to 0/211/21/3014/112 inclusive and Plan 0/211/22/3014/101 referred to in the said Schedule.
