The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Fife Engineering Ltd. Hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of November 1982 the bank appointed Jack Peter Poutsma, Chartered Accountant, of Kai-kohe, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Poutsma & Co., Chartered Accountants, Selwyn Road, Paihia, as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of December 1980. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wherever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
