Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in Block I, Piako Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of May 1982 published in Gazette, No. 51, of 13 May 1982 at page 1560 declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting paragraphs (b) (i), (ii) and (iii), and (c) (i) and (ii) and substituting the following:

(b) (i) The areas marked “B” and “F” on the plan, now known respectively as Allotments 145 and 143, Maramarua Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. S.312204, S.594855 and H.080354.1, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area marked “E” on the plan, now known as Allotment 144, Maramarua Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 231, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S.475783 and H.358583.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

and by adding the following:

(d) Pursuant to section 117 and 119 (i), declares that:

(i) The area of stopped road marked “K” on the plan and the areas of land taken marked “J” and “L” on the plan, now known as Allotment 142, Maramarua Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 47, folio 231, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S.475783 and H.358583.2 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road marked “N” on the plan and the area of land taken marked “O” on the plan, now known as Allotment 141, Maramarua Parish shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 496, folio 293, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H.007232, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block I Centre Hill Survey District and Blocks IX and XIII Taringatura Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Wallace County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(a) The area marked “G” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, volume 102, folio 203.

(b) The areas marked “H” and “J” shall be amalgamated with certificate of title No. B2/499.

(c) The area marked “I” shall be amalgamated with certificate of title No. 6C/98.

3. Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and declares that it shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B2/499.

PURSUANT to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Vincent County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the land described in Second Schedule hereto shall be added to the adjacent land held by the Alexandra Borough Council as an endowment for municipal purposes and described in the Third Schedule hereto.
