Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway at Marton Now Disposed of for the Purposes of a County Works Depot

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby disposed of and vested in the Rangitikei County Council for the purposes of a County Works Depot as from the 24th day of November 1981.
