PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the one-half share in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held by the Crown for buildings of
the General Government by virtue of a proclamation dated 30
October 1959, published in Gazette, No. 68, of 5 November 1959,
at page 1986, and registered as No. S.170871, South Auckland Land
Registry to be under the control and management of the Land Set-
tlement Board.
