State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAURANGA COUNTY

6.8730 hectares, more or less, being Section 2, Block XI, Aongatete Survey District. Transfer No. S. 84. As shown on plan T14/11. (S.O. 52159).

7.1851 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, Block XI, and Section 5, Block XII, Aongatete Survey District. Transfer No. S. 84. As shown on plan T14/12. (S.O. 52160).

8.9582 hectares, more or less, being Section II, Block II, and Section II, Block III, Opoutihi Survey District. Transfer No. S. 84. As shown on plan T14/13. (S.O. 52161).

The above plans are deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 13th day of November 1979, and published in the Gazette on 22 November 1979, No. 107, at page 3605, taking land for road in Block II, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County.
