NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the High Court was, on the 5th day of November 1982, presented to the said High Court by U.E.B. INDUSTRIES LIMITED, of Auckland, merchants, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 15th day of December 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
PAPA ADOPTION DISCHARGE BILL

IN the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to private Bills, and in the matter of a private Bill intituled “An Act to discharge an adoption order made on the 23rd day of February 1966, in favour of Terehia Puru Papa formerly of Pakanae, widow, now deceased, as adoptive parent of Kevin Aroihi Timoko Papa”.

NOTICE is hereby given that Kevin Aroihi Timoko Papa of Opononi, workman, intends to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives at the present session a private Bill intituled as above.

The objects of the said Bill are to effect a legal discharge of an adoption order made by the Magistrates Court at Hamilton on the 23rd day of February, 1966, whereby the said Kevin Aroihi Timoko Papa was adopted by the said Terehia Puru Papa.

The promoter of the Bill is the said Kevin Aroihi Timoko Papa, whose address is care of Messrs Palmer and Macauley, Solicitors, corner Broadway and Station Road, Kaikohe to which address all communications and notices may be sent and at which address a copy of the Bill may be inspected.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 18 November at Invercargill was 254.66 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis), the specified percentage for supplementation will be 25.7 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 18th day of November 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
