Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for a State Primary School in Block IX, Ohinewairua Survey District, County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 10th day of August 1982, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 1982, No. 97, at page 2703, declaring land acquired for a State primary school in Block IX, Ohinewairua Survey District, County of Rangitikei, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

All that piece of land containing 1.3696 hectares, situated in Block IX, Ohinewairua Survey District, being part Section 18, Mataroa Township. Part certificate of title, Volume 538, folio 95.

Land Acquired for Road and the Purposes of a Road in Blocks VIII and XII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and further declares that the land described in the said First and Second Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 25th day of November 1982.
