Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Urenui Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Urenui Domain, to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Clifton County Council.

Sale of Taranaki Harbours Board Land

I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Taranaki Harbours Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Taranaki being Allotment 3 of Storehouse Reserve on the public map of the Town of New Plymouth, containing 184 square metres and being all that land described on certificate of title 120/201.

Fixing the Rate of Levy on Producers in the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Area (Notice No. 2926, Ag. 12/3/17)

PURSUANT to regulation 24 (3) of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes the following rates of levy for producers in the Otago district:

1. A flat levy of $70 per producer, due and payable at the office of the Secretary of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee at 37A Thames Street, Oamaru, on the 1st day of January 1983.

2. Provided that if the levy is paid on or before the 21st day of February 1983, the amount payable shall be reduced to $60 per producer.

Notice Relating to the Use of Oestrogens

THE notice relating to the use of Oestrogens (Notice No. 2922, Ag. 7379) in the Gazette No. 58, 1961, Volume III, at page 1402 is hereby amended by insert in the fourth line before the word “oestrogens” the words “naturally occurring”.
