NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of November 1982, presented to the said Court by THE COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE, Masterton, and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on Wednesday, the 8th day of December 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

Take notice that the Franklin County Council proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule to this notice.

The land is required for the future construction of a road and it is intended to use the land for road reserve.

A plan of the land intended to be taken is available for inspection of the office of the Council, Manukan Road, Pukekohe during normal office hours (9 a.m.—4.30 p.m.) Monday to Friday.

The reasons why the Franklin County Council considers it essential to take the land are as follows:
(i) The land to be taken is an area which will give future access from Hunua Road to Opaheke Road.

The land has not yet been taken.

Any person wishing to object must send written objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
