Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CITY
6275 square metres, more or less, being part Allotment 31, District of Tamaki, being all the land on D.P. 28945, situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District. All certificate of title 717/134.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rodney County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Rodney County Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Whakatane District Council

Revocation of a Declaration That Land Shall be Protected Private Land
