Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Held for the Establishment and Development of the Turangi Township Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the County of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated 2 September 1982, published in Gazette, 16 September 1982, No. 107, at page 3008; declaring land held for the establishment and development of the Turangi township set apart for State housing purposes in the County of Taupo, by omitting from the legal description fourthly described in the Schedule the words and figures “Lot 32, D.P. 27772”, and substituting the words and figures “Lot 32, D.P. 27774”.

Declaring Road in Kaikoura County to be Stopped and Dealt with as Crown Land

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 116 declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped; and then

(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the land comprising the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
