Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land, Subject to and Together With Certain Rights, for Community Purposes in Block III, Waipu Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development amends the declaration declaring land to be acquired, subject to and together with certain rights, for community purposes in Block III, Waipu Survey District, Whangarei County, published in the Gazette of 1 April 1982, No. 36, at page 1079, by inserting between the 7th and 8th lines of the declaration the words “created by Conveyance No. 292849 (R. 338/701)” and together with the drainage easement”.
