CORRIGENDUM
District Court Judge Appointed
IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 1982, No. 97, page 2702, the jurisdiction should read:
"to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, the jurisdiction of the Family Courts, and the jurisdiction of the Children and Young Persons Courts".

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
132.7000 hectares, more or less, being Section 23 (formerly part Sections 6 and 7), Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District, as shown on plan P28/6 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 6023).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of October 1982.
